Russian Speaking Women in Tech (RSWIT) is a professional networking community dedicated to empowering Russian-speaking women in technology. Founded in 2014 by Lilia Shwarts and Julia Minkowski, RSWIT fosters a supportive environment for knowledge sharing, mentorship, and career growth. Led by Margarette Kesselman and Alla Shamis, the group continues to expand, bringing together professionals from diverse tech backgrounds.

Our mission is to provide a platform for learning, inspiration, and empowerment through networking and professional development opportunities. We host engaging events and discussions featuring accomplished industry leaders who share their insights, experiences, and expertise.

Since its inception, RSWIT has grown from 30 members to over 4,000 professionals in 2025, building a strong, cross-state network of talented women in technology.
Public Talk is a platform that brings together people all over the world. Founded in 2021 as a public speaking course enabling experts to upscale their skills, reveal their meaningful ideas, turn them into TED-style talks and ultimately deliver on stage to a broad audience of like-minded people, it has turned into a major initiative that circulates inspiring ideas all across the world.

With its mission "Inspiring yourself, inspiring others" the project has hosted Public Talk Conferences in 5 different countries: Russia, Turkey, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the UAE within the last 2 years featuring over 90 speakers and uniting over 1700 listeners
