The conference has a big goal — to deliver meaningful ideas on the topic of Mindfulness, bring people together and help Armenian charity foundations and NGOs.

While listening to others you will reveal something meaningful about yourself.
You will hear 6 TED-style talks in English revolving around the topic of Mindfulness. On stage you will see amazing professionals who are immersed in what they are doing, open to the new opportunities life has in store and willing to share valuable ideas and thoughts.

    Performer, choreographer, and somatic therapy practitioner based in Yerevan, Armenia.

    For 10 years has been working as a dance movement therapist with kids and teens with autism and other developmental disorders.

    Currently working at AYG psychological Center as a somatic therapist and teaches somatic practices at the Yerevan State Choreographic College.

    Founder of Contemporary Choreography Lab Armenia and Arvestaran NGO.

  • Nare Galstyan

    Сommunications specialist and public speaking coach.


    She has been teaching public speaking and debating for 4 years with school children.


    Currently, she works as a Communications Manager at APY.


    How to take off the heavy weight of overthinking

  • Harutyun Alpetyan
    Waste governance expert, program manager and lecturer at the American University of Armenia (AUA) Acopian Center for the Environment.

    His current research and work aim to promote and accelerate the transition towards a circular economy through education, innovation, and policy change.


    The area of his research and work in the sector involves development of green policies and strategies, behavioral change, sustainable waste management planning, among others.

    Passionate about awareness-raising and education, Harutyun also teaches environmental courses at the American University of Armenia.
    Environmental Mindfulness
Jury
The members of the jury are experts in various areas of public speaking united by the passion to help people express their ideas on stage in a clear and meaningful way. The task will be to assess the talks and choose the winner among the speakers.
  • Diana Chobanyan

    Project manager with 10 years in social impact, innovation, and entrepreneurship.


    Previously Executive Director of Armenian Progressive Youth and co-founder of EcoHub.


    Has cooperated with ChangemakerXchange and MitOst for youth empowerment programs. Passionate about equitable, democratic, and participatory outcomes for Armenia.


    Enjoys traveling, yoga, TED talks, and wellbeing events.

  • Yulia Sedova

    The author of the "Acoustics" project, a stand-up comedian, a curator of TEDx speakers, and a corporate trainer on public speaking.

  • Stella Bedzhanyan

    An experienced yoga and meditation teacher with 8 years of teaching under her belt. She holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology, which has provided her with valuable insight into the workings of the human mind.


    Member of the startup Mindy, where she serves as a mindfulness specialist. At Mindy, she utilizes her expertise to guide and support individuals in their mindfulness journey.


This is a fundraising event aimed at supporting Armenian NGOs with their great cause

    A non- profit, non- political organization aiming to support, inspire and engage young people from Armenia and all over the world to develop their social leadership skills, to take their civic responsibility and to act as change-makers. Through our projects, initiatives and non-formal education tools we help young people to succeed, ensuring that they develop their knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences to fit the modern world. Our organization believes that progressive, educated, skillful, open-minded and engaged young people possess all the power to become actors of change in Armenia and beyond. Because youth is not only the future, but the present!

  • Arvestaran

    A non-profit organization creating a safe and enabling environment where disadvantaged groups and the wider community will build an inclusive and aware society. Arvestaran supports people with autism and other developmental disorders of all ages to develop and advance their living, social, and self-advocacy skills
